Buckeye PACE participants must receive all needed health care, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services), from the Buckeye PACE organization of from an entity authorized by the Buckeye PACE organization. Additionally, in The Commonwealth of Ohio, if a Buckeye PACE participant is admitted to a nursing facility, the participant may be responsible for a patient pay amount, as determined by the state.
