At Buckeye PACE, we make it easy and convenient for participants to access their needed healthcare and support services. It is our privilege to serve and support participants to help keep them as independent as possible.
We provide transportation services to and from the center. We also provide transportation for pre-approved medical appointments. All transportation services are managed and coordinated through Buckeye PACE.
